Bridson & Horrox

Bridson & Horrox is a family owned and operated business which has built an unsurpassed reputation as the Isle of Man's premier supplier of total printing solutions and office supply services. Founded in 1933 by Harry Horrox and Marshal Bridson, the company is now moving forward with a third generation of leadership and is continuing to grow. After serving in the Second World War, Harry Horrox occupied himself with printing for the local tourist trade during the winter months and running his own boarding house in the summer. In 1963, Harry's son, Ian, began the second generation of leadership at Bridson & Horrox and expanded the company significantly throughout the 1970s and 80s. This was first done with the acquisition of the litho printing from The Times Newspapers and then by adding paper products and copier paper, envelopes and packaging. This addition of paper products grew into the largest stationery business on the Island. The final addition was the introduction of furniture to the Bridson & Horrox product portfolio in order to meet customer expectations of a 'one stop' provider of office services products. Darren Horrox began the third generation of leadership at Bridson & Horrox during the early 1990s and has continued to successfully support and develop the company throughout difficult economic times. The company has continued to invest in new machinery and expand into new areas such as direct mail, digital print, wide format printing, extensive finishing and mailing, a wide range of stationery and furniture products and signage. The company is continuously progressing and has recently been reaccredited the Investors in People award and ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations.
