We see a huge spike in our website traffic when we send out our newsletter, this means that our contacts are exactly where we want them to be, reading all about us and our stock as soon as they receive our newsletter. Our customers really appreciate the triggered emails that they receive pre and post using our services, they really feel that we add a personal touch. Have your customer numbers increased, since using BYM? We have certainly found that we are receiving regular repeat visits and enquiries from our database due to the BYM communication system. Our managed portfolio of properties has increased again this year. How have your customers responded to the new communications you are sending them through BriefYourMarket? A large number of our landlords take huge interest in our latest properties newsletter which allows them to keep track of popular properties and average rentals. In fact, a number of landlords have asked if our properties can be added to our hot properties email which we do free of charge for all new landlords. What value has the BriefYourMarket system added to your marketing initiatives? We now have a member of staff dedicated to marketing and using the BriefYourMarket.com software. We feel that the platform is essential for our communications and adds scope for us to grow our business even further.
