Broad Ops

BroadOps was founded in 2005 as a research and development project in Normal IL close to the campus of Illinois State University, focusing on the MDU/apartment market and the challenges faced by property managers providing Internet access services. Our rollout of the Command Center Cloud platform and Recon router is the culmination of that research and development process involving numerous property management companies, network/managed service providers, and carrier partners. BroadOps has delivered significant new capabilities in Internet network management, and business process improvement tools to their property manager clients in partnership with our Managed Service Provider and Carrier partners and has an extensive product roadmap ahead. By improving the quality of Internet services and adding new business tools, we help property managers drive better occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction while driving down costs and improving operations.
