Positioning Brodosplit in the niche of building and manufacturing complex ships and large structures (motor yachts, passenger ships, Venice gates, bridges, special purpose vessels) and carrying out jobs obtained through a competitive offer on the world market (offshore and onshore) are the main goals for the coming period. The company has turned to projects and products that bring greater added value, and since 2013 we have a fleet of ships whose use, i.e., charter, complements the business. The current production program is filled with the construction of passenger and tourist ships (purposes of cruises, luxury (yachting) trips) all with unlimited navigation areas including the polar regions. All this is available in individual series of ships that stand out with their unique design, purpose, and applied solutions. The construction of passenger ships is a segment in which Croatian shipyards can compete, and Brodosplit has positioned itself in the market niche for the construction of Polar Expedition Cruise Vessels and passenger vessels whose length ranges from 100 to 300 meters. With the construction of these ships, Brodosplit ranks among the best shipbuilders in the world market. What makes Brodosplit a successful company are the employees - their approach, attitude towards work, and the way they perform daily obligations and tasks. The company's focus is on ideas, multidisciplinary projects, new clients, and markets. The quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 is certified according to the "multi-site" model, and additionally "Brodosplit - Special Vessel Shipyard" LLC is certified independently. The environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2015 refers to the unique location of Brodosplit and includes all subsidiaries. The occupational health and safety management system according to ISO 45001:2018 is also certified in all of Brodosplit and includes all subsidiaries. The ISO 50001:2018 energy management system is certified at all of Brodosplit and includes all subsidiaries. Brodosplit - Laboratory LLC is an authorized testing institution of Bureau Veritas as well as the Croatian Register of Shipping.
