Compensation: We offer a starting base salary of $10 hr in addition to our Profit Sharing Plan based on individual performance. The Fashion Adviser role ensures the customer experience is the best it can be. This position is the face the Bronxton brand, in essence a brand ambassador. Therefore, our reputation is determined by this role. It is one of the most essential roles in the organization.
