Browns Valley Meat has been serving Napa County since 2002. Known throughout the Napa Valley for high-quality meats, poultry, fish, seafood and our selection of fresh and smoked sausages, we also offer custom processing of wild game and ranch animals. As part of Browns Valley Market since 1980, the Giovannoni family has built a reputation based on quality and customer service. In 2002 Jerry and Jeanne Giovannoni left the Market to own and operate Browns Valley Meat full-time. All five of our children have worked with us at some point making this a truly family operation. The rest of our "family", the staff at Browns Valley Meat has been with us many years and has been trained in all aspects of retail meat cutting and custom processing. Jerry has a long history of meat cutting experience dating back to the "old days" of the family grocery store, Giovannoni's Market in old town Napa.
