Blue Ridge Thermoforming

Blue Ridge Thermoforming, LLC is a plastic thermoforming manufacturer located in Greenville, SC that is a product of a 2012 merger of two long standing thermoforming manufacturers; Blue Ridge Packaging and PFC Systems. These two plastic companies have joined together to provide customers with improved resources. The new combined operations increase the breadth of services and will include the Panel Control line of totes and trays. The company is now able to supply custom thermoform manufacturing from small, thin gauge parts (in-line) up to large, heavy gauge parts (rotary). In addition, Blue Ridge Thermoforming can provide custom 3-D design, pattern building, prototyping, small quantities, or large runs. We also have increased secondary capabilities in areas like 5-axis CNC and assembly.
