Bsic Benin
La Banque Sahélo-saharienne pour l'Investissement et le Commerce (BSIC) is a financial institution of the Community of Sahel Saharan States (CEN-SAD). The bank was established under the agreement signed in 1999, by the verue of Article 4 of the treaty founding the Community of Sahel-Saharan States. The Bank aims to attract public and private financial resources and use them to help fund the development of the community in the region.
