Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra is one of the most significant cultural assets in the South and South West. We strive to inspire people of all ages and communities with vibrant performances of symphonic music. As well as internationally acclaimed orchestral performances, our wider programmes include: Rising Young Talent: We work with highly talented musicians, composers and conductors, to offer them a first step in their musical careers. BSO Blast!: We work with regional Music Hubs to provide them with a flexible offer which supports their delivery with schools across the region. Community Resonate: We work with hard to reach and vulnerable groups, who would otherwise have few opportunities to engage with high quality music. The funding landscape is changing dramatically. We are actively seeking to build relationships with Trusts and Foundations to ensure that we can continue and grow our work.
