The company's initial activities were mainly concentrated in providing services such as removals of household / personal effects, general air & sea customs clearance for cargoes into and leaving Brunei Darussalam. B.T. Forwarding Company has worked with a wide cross section of retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, banking and service industry. Forwarding company's activities have expanded to include becoming the sole agent for TNT Express Worldwide in Brunei since 2000 as well as an authorized sales agent for Royal Brunei Airlines and Singapore Airlines.
