We provide core building system designs that are cost effective, energy efficient, and will serve the Owner's needs in the long term. A balance between these goals is a requirement for a successful project. Customer service is at the core of our company and we consider ourselves an extension of you and your team when providing consulting engineering and design services. At BTR Engineering, we believe in providing a client with the right service at the right time. In addition to full design-bid-build documents, if your project requires a design-build approach we can assist by providing limited scope documents such as a basis of design (BOD) or performance specifications as well as contract vetting to ensure the design build contractors fulfill the project goals. If the location of your project requires the use of an unfamiliar building required engineer, a peer review may be useful to ensure the Owner's needs are being addressed. If a project does not fit the current year's budget or requires long-term expenditures, perhaps a feasibility study and future capital planning narrative may be of use.
