At BUILDING PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING LLC, we are building envelope, building science, and energy efficiency experts. We are committed to the environment and energy efficient construction. For over 20 years, we have worked with local Utilities, Housing Agencies, Real Estate Developers, General Contractors and homeowners on making their projects more efficient and environmentally friendly. As knowledgeable building science experts, our goals are to: Improve the energy efficiency of homes and buildings Improve air quality in commercial and residential structures Assist Homeowners and Contractors build energy efficient affordable homes The President of Building Performance Contracting LLC holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering, is a Licensed Massachusetts Contractor, a RESNET HERS Rater, and a Certified Building Performance Analyst. We stay current on all industry practices and provide all our people with the most up to date training the industry has to offer.
