We will perform a measured survey of the dwelling or office and prepare the draft architectural drawings/plans for your comments. After finalising details we prepare everything required for submission to Local Authority. After Planning Permission is granted we produce building regulation drawings/plans needed for approval by Building Control, acting as your agent we take total care of the process. We divide the drawings and plans in to separate packages. Planning stage and Building Regulations stage.
