Builtech has completed multiple projects for Chicago's iconic Second City over the last decade, including multiple theatres, offices, their bar and classrooms. Most recently, Builtech completed the new 30,000 s.f. expansion of their training facility, theatres and a new bar. Builtech works with L3 Capital on their projects throughout Chicagoland, including interior and ground-up buildings. Most recently, Builtech completed two two-story, ground-up, retail buildings for L3 that are now home to J. Crew, Soul Cycle, and Bareburger. Builtech worked with SoulCyle on their first (and flagship) location in Chicago. Since the successful delivery of that first location, Builtech has been engaged on subsequent work in Chicago. At present, Builtech is completing construction on SoulCycle's newest location in the Southport corridor in Chicago. For nearly a decade, Foss Swim School has worked exclusively with Builtech on their new indoor swim facilities. Builtech has completed work throughout Chicagoland and in the Mid-Atlantic. Most recently, Builtech completed a location for Foss in Niles, Illinois in an in-line space in an existing shopping center. Builtech has completed nearly 30 Ross Dress for Less stores around the country. The work has included free standing, ground-up new construction projects, additions to existing shopping centers, and interior build-outs. From coast to coast, Builtech has had success working with the Ross Dress for Less team. Over the last decade, Builtech has completed more than 50 projects in more than 25 states for TD Ameritrade, including ground-up locations, interior build-outs and refreshes. TD Ameritrade has become a cherished partner of Builtech and the growth of the relationship over the years epitomizes Builtech's relationship focus. Builtech has been integral to AAA's expansion into the Chicago market, completing multiple ground-up locations for AAA around Chicagoland in the last year with more slated for the upcoming years. The auto care facilities include service bays, reception areas and offices. Builtech has been integral to Bob's expansion into the Midwest market. Starting with a Bob's Discount Furniture's 750,000 s.f. distribution center and their hub location in Chicago, Builtech has worked closely with Bob's on their accelerated introduction into the Chicago market. Builtech's roots, dating back to 1970, are in residential and MUR projects. Builtech has built thousands of units in the city of Chicago and throughout the suburbs. Builtech has nearly 1,000 units on board through 2017 with various national and Chicagoland developers. Builtech continues to take advantage of the comeback of the hospitality market. Through national and local developers, Builtech has worked with a variety of flags in Chicagoland and around the country. Builtech has more than 500 units on the boards through 2017.
