Burnett Davies was formed in 1984 as a firm of Chartered Surveyors dealing with all aspects of commercial property. Both Peter Davies and Martyn Burnett are still both fully involved in the practice after over 30 years. We provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of commercial property including Valuation; Agency; Professional work and Property Management. In addition the two principal partners act as LPA Receivers and Claire Evans runs Burnett Davies Lettings providing all aspects of letting a residential property and management of commercial and residential properties. Being an independent partnership we are able to offer the highest levels of service provided by specialists in their chosen fields. Over the years we have been involved in a wide range of schemes including city centre office developments; out of town retail; major hospital redevelopments as well as providing specialist advice on housing, leisure and health related projects.
