Formed in January 1981, Buxton Properties, Inc. was created as a total real estate solution to the Pinellas County area in Florida. Started by Brian Buxton, Buxton Properties, Inc. now serves the Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, and Hillsboro counties. As a total real estate solution we provide real estate sales (residential, commercial, and 1031 Exchanges), property management, and consultation. We have been an exclusive FHA contractor for all FHA (HUD) resales for the major metropolitan areas on the West Coast of Florida. We are a full service real estate office offering our clients the ability to do one-stop shopping with our affiliations with in house Mortgage, Home Warranty, Stewart Title, Peterson Insurance Agency, and various contractors for home inspections, termite inspections, surveys, and general contractors offering a full variety of services from appliance purchase and service to complete construction and/or re-construction. We have all the tools to the Referral Network and Military Brokers Network. Our listings sell for 98% of listed price, and our listing sell faster than our competition due to our superior marketing skills. Buxton was the first real estate office in Tampa Bay area to offer presense on the World Wide Web. We are experienced in listing and selling properties along the coast, which sometimes is a complicated process.
