Buzzeasy is a new name, but comes with an impressive heritage. Born out of Geomant, a UK Contact Centre and Unified Communications specialist with a 15 year pedigree, Buzzeasy delivers customer callback solutions from the cloud. Having worked with hundreds of contact centres around the world, we identified that the huge potential benefit of personal interaction was often being lost due to outdated and unpopular engagement models. With our deep understanding of customer interaction and commutations technologies, we focused on how contact centres can be turned into business enablers and service differentiators. To achieve this, we needed to radically change how customers engage with contact centres. We don't believe that the traditional contact centre queue is appropriate in today's fast-moving and highly competitive consumer environment. So we created a suite of customer callback solutions that enable customers to engage in new and exciting ways. We enable contact centres to improve the customer journey online, offline and in store. Our solutions are developed by us, in the UK, and are delivered from the cloud from secure UK data centres. We are passionate about customer service, and passionate about our solutions.
