The following job opportunities are currently available: Manager, People Development Purpose: The purpose of this position is to ensure that BYLC is operationally efficient and effective. S/he is responsible for setting strategic human resource and administrative direction; providing a perspective on growth and expansion; and supporting and sustaining a culture of leadership across all units. The Manager, People Development, will have a thorough understanding of the organization's requirements regarding human resources and administrative functions. S/he will partner with BYLC President and Manager, Operations, to identify talent gaps and address the needs of management. S/he will be responsible for full, accurate, and equitable administration of all compensation and benefits, and will be directly responsible for monitoring the day-to-day people development tasks.
