C2C Solutions Inc. (C2C), located in Jacksonville, FL, has proudly served as a Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) for the Medicare program since the inception of the second-level appeal process in September 2004. Today, C2C is the QIC contractor for the Part B North, Part B South, Part A West and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) task orders.
