The Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association (CAAMA), is an Aboriginal-owned media organisation based in Alice Springs, NT, and is comprised of CAAMA Radio, CAAMA Productions, CAAMA Music, CAAMA Technical and Library Archive. We have the following position available: CORPORATE SERVICES MANAGER We are seeking an experienced person with appropriate qualifications to manage the corporate and human resource function of the CAAMA group of companies. This exciting and challenging position involves: Recruitment, training and ongoing employee management. Policy and procedure development, implementation and maintenance. Management of CAAMA assets including buildings and vehicle fleet. OH&S ownership and management Funding Seeking and Management HR Strategic development. Staff well-being.
