At our 82,000 square foot facility, we incorporate a variety of systematic checks and comprehensive documentation to track quality at every stage of production. In addition to visual inspections by highly qualified personnel and such non-destructive testing as ultrasonic, radiography, liquid penetrant and magnetic particle, we also use laser scanning to ensure finished dimensions match design specification. Utilizing the latest technology in solidification modeling, foam patterns, rapid prototyping and effective APQP customer focused project management tools we are able to deliver both first time quality while meeting the high demand for on time delivery performance.
