Cacy Electric was started during a very rough time in the economy. Despite the outlook, Ryan believed that the companies that survive and even thrive are the ones who do it right. And that starts with building the right team. He began by hiring qualified, experienced and innovative team players. Next, he founded the company on an old-fashioned principle -integrity.
