Caddiesoft

Caddiesoft was established in 2006 by Øystein Skjesol, Hamar and Vladislav Kuznetsov, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. Øystein chose Ukraine as the place of establishment after trying out collaboration with developers from many low-cost countries around the world. The combination of a good education system, cultural proximity with good language skills, proximity in time zone, orderly infrastructure and affordable personnel costs make Ukraine a very competitive choice, especially in the IT field. These characteristics of Ukraine has led to the use of the word near shore instead of offshore outsourcing - Ukraine is close and similar to our own Norwegian environment in many ways - that is, with the exception of personnel costs. We have built up a development center in Dnepropetrovsk, and have a strategy for expansion, based on our eight years of experience in Ukraine. Our customer service and project management department is located in Hamar, Norway. We have experience from a variety of special applications in the IT field.
