CAEI is a company featured within the asset portfolio managed by Putney Capital Management, a partner of INICIA, and as such is also ruled by the financial and institutional structures that oversee all of the investments by INICIA. The Executive Committee is composed by members of the Administrative Board that manage the asset portfolio under Putney Capital Management, and oversee the financial performance by CAEI, among them the agribusiness director and the executive vice-president. This committee enforces the powers delegated by the Board, to ensure that the operations of CAEI add value to the INICIA investments.
