Chef Stephen Cavagnaro is constantly exploring wine-cellars and vineyards across Europe to find just the right expression, and his lifetime of experience helps us choose the best moment to pluck it from our cellar. Our innovative tasting menus often feature leading-edge culinary techniques, but while Cavey's classic fare may have a modern-twist, we never forget where we came from.
