Café Reconcile

Reconcile New Orleans, Inc. helps out-of-school young people (ages 16-22) to develop the skills and confidence they need to get and keep jobs in New Orleans' hospitality industry. Café Reconcile, our weekday lunch restaurant in Central City, provides the primary training platform for our students. Since 2000, we have served more than 1,000 young people, helping them to develop self-esteem, change their mindset about work, and acquire transferrable skills that will help them find stability and success for themselves and their families.
