Cagecfi was borne out of a vision to overcome the challenges posed by the financial exclusion of a large population of people and communities across the African continent. The company was founded by Léon K. Houndjago and incorporated in 2001 in Lomé, Republic of Togo where it is headquartered. Over the years, Cagecfi has developed and delivered a range of IT and software solutions, and business consultancy to a broad group of client categories including Supranationals, Sovereign States, Regional Institutions, International Corporations, SME's and Non Governmental Organisations. Cagecfi continues to actively expand the scope and reach of its operations globally. We currently operate in more than 15 countries and are constantly working on new opportunities and developing new markets.
