CaJenn Construction & Rehabilitation Services Inc. (CaJenn) was created in November of 2005 with full operations starting in July of 2006 by Cristy Jennings and Mike Cason to serve the Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey (SSES) and Sewer Rehabilitation markets. The Company focus has been on identifying defects in sanitary and storm sewers, cleaning sanitary and storm sewer and affecting the needed repairs to those same systems. To maximize the return for their customers, CaJenn uses both traditional open cut methods as well as trenchless technology. Safety and customer satisfaction are the top two concerns at CaJenn. With the combined construction experience of over 50 years in management of the daily field operations, CaJenn has a wide array of construction experience and capability. From "finding" issues with your sewer system to "fixing" them, CaJenn has built a reputation for getting the job done right the first time. CaJenn, a certified female owned business, has successfully completed over $54 million in business revenues since the beginning in November of 2005. Concentrating on the getting the job completed on time, and to the customers' satisfaction has built CaJenn a solid reputation in the SSES and construction rehabilitation industry. CaJenn's experience and capabilities with sanitary sewer and storm sewers extend from CCTV of mainlines and laterals, to cleaning, protruding tap removal, root treatment, manhole condition assessment, locating and exposing buried manholes, changing frames and covers, installing new manholes, open cut point repairs, open cut laterals repairs, open cut mainline installation, aerial crossings, pipe bursting of mainlines and laterals, slip lining, Saertex GRP UV cured in place pipe (CIPP) installation, liner plates installation, wet well installations, pump station installations and rehabilitation, as well as numerous other investigation and construction activities. Additionally, CaJenn has experience with repairing and installing municipal water systems. Working as both the Prime Contractor and as a Subcontractor, CaJenn is licensed and bonded, and has worked in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and Louisiana. CaJenn is also a certified WBE with the City of Atlanta, GA, Fulton County Georgia and most recently HUB certified WBE with North Carolina. From humble roots firmly planted in southeast Georgia, CaJenn has grown steadily over the past years to become a well-respected and sought out contractor in the water, sewer and storm construction and rehabilitation industry.
