CALINC Services was founded in 2008 by David Esparza, as an expansion of services provided through his affiliated companies CAL INC and CALINC Training LLC. CALINC Services Inc (CSI) is a California licensed General Engineering "A", General Construction "B" contractor (Lic#933895); CSI provides technical services and experienced personnel to support our clients' Gas and Electric Transmission and Distribution projects. Our main office is located in Vacaville, CA. CSI has built a reputation for outstanding customer service by being responsive to support our clients' needs and accommodating to their requests. This factor, combined with our utility expertise are the keys to CSI's success.
