Cambrian Credit Union
It dates back to 1992 when Llandudno Credit Union was founded. In 2010, North Wales Credit Union was established following the merger of Caledfryn, Clwyd Coast, Llandudno, Wrexham and Y Llechen Credit Unions. Hafren Credit Union merged with North Wales Credit Union in May 2015. The North Wales Credit Union Annual General Meeting on 30th January 2016 approved changing the name to Cambrian Credit Union. We have over 12,000 adult members and 1,500 junior savers. We employ over 19 members of staff and operate from 5 offices and cover the counties of Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flint, Gwynedd, Powys and Wrexham. FSCS Compensation scheme logo
