Each project team consists of 5 students, with an experienced Engagement Manager coordinating the project. Our capabilities are broad and readily adaptable to suit your needs. Traditionally, our projects have focused on company strategy, specifically organisational, business unit, and sales and marketing strategy, with past projects utilising combinations of landscaping analysis, opportunity evaluation, and price modelling to deliver tailored and robust strategic recommendations. The resource requirement from the client is minimal, ideally having representatives available for an initial kick-off meeting, a team presentation mid-way through the project, as well as a final presentation from the team to close off the project, at which point the deliverable (typically a presentation or report with associated datasets) will be handed over. CCN manages all other aspects of the project, including handling applications, staffing, and all associated operational requirements of running a project team.
