Campbell Ruby are an independent outsourcing firm operating in Kilmarnock. We specialise in financial services paraplanning which involves the provision of research, reports and guidance to financial advisers, accountants and solicitors. We can provide financial service research and guidance to businesses in any sector. We have been in business since 2012 and the company is steadily growing. Campbell Ruby is the only paraplanning company in the UK to specialise in Bill Bachrach's Values Based Financial Planning. We operate as financial planning experts within a team which also includes legal and tax experts. Nicole Armstrong is the director and founder of Campbell Ruby. Nicole has worked in financial services for over ten years and holds the Diploma in Financial Planning. Nicole started her first business at the age of 24, providing outsourced administrative support to financial advisers. Over time, and with the addition of experience and qualifications, this business has evolved into Campbell Ruby. Nicole specialises in comprehensive financial planning and research projects. She thoroughly enjoys making sense of the random enquiries that come our way from time to time and will generally find a way to get things done. Lifestyle planning is a major interest of Nicole's and she applies this both in her financial planning work and in advising people (particularly mothers) who are thinking about starting businesses. Nicole is a member of the CII and the IFP (but doesn't get along to events as often as she would like). In her spare time Nicole enjoys painting and watching superhero films with her husband and two children. Caroline joined Campbell Ruby in February 2014 and has over 30 years' experience in financial services. She has worked in sales support positions and client service management before progressing to the role of paraplanner. Caroline is a Chartered Financial Planner.
