Camp Tecumseh YMCA

Camp Tecumseh specializes in overnight field trips for Elementary and Middle school groups from all over Indiana and Illinois. For over 30 years we have been serving schools, working alongside teachers and parents complementing classroom studies in a very 'hands on' experiential manner. Tecumseh's OE program started in 1974 with 3 schools serving 150 students, but has grown rapidly over the years and we currently host over 130 schools a year, serving around 13,000 people. The diverse range of programs we offer are designed to be interactive, thought provoking and challenging in nature, while meeting certain state standards for teaching in the process. Our staff is well trained, knowledgeable, energetic, courteous and ready to serve.
