Cangelosi Ward General Contractors L.L.C. was founded in 1985 with the partnering of our Co-Managers, David Cangelosi and Robert Ward. The company began with a vision of providing our clients with quality construction and personal service. We have completed over 1,000 commercial projects in the Baton Rouge Region and strive to continue excellence in construction. Cangelosi Ward General Contractors L.L.C. is composed of professional contractors, construction managers and architects that possess the knowledge and expertise to successfully construct any small or large scale commercial project. The combination of talents on our team enables us to provide personal service and focus on all aspects of construction; from design, estimating, risk assessment, value engineering, scheduling, contract management and the general construction. We cater to our client's specific needs and contract requirements with a spectrum of services, including traditional bid projects, cost-plus and negotiated contracts. Commercial projects are our main focus as we have considerable experience with projects in a wide range of size and scope including; Educational, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Historical Restoration, Retail, Corporate, Restaurant, Institutional, Industrial and Religious. These projects include new construction, renovation/addition and tenant finish-out. Our subsidiary division, CWL Contractors LLC, handles the industrial type building projects and is managed by the same executive management team.
