Cape Seafoods

Established in 2001, Cape Seafoods, Inc is a predominantly family-owned and operated seafood company. We are quality producers of pelagic fish, mainly Atlantic Herring, Atlantic Mackerel and Squid. Our fish are caught by local fisherman out of the historic fishing port of Gloucester, Massachusetts. We are dedicated to responsible fishing practices and policies that will sustain our fishery for future generations. In 2018 we officially became a proud Lobster distributor. We cater to the primary fish markets of frozen food, bait products, and fresh bait. Our products are graded by size, packaged into 18kg-22kg cartons, and blast frozen to -22° Fahrenheit (-30° Celsius), resulting in access to quality seafood year-round. Our wholesale Bait Shop at the end of our pier, serves local commercial and recreational fishermen. In addition to local customers, our clients are based around the country from the Great Lakes to the Gulf and West Coasts, and abroad in over 40 different countries.
