Our experience expands across over 40 years in the lending industry guiding customers to achieve their goals by providing exceptional service. We consistently assist our customers with their capital needs - from acquiring their first commercial property, to refinancing existing real estate, to helping with cash flow needs - we have done it all and we want to put that experience to work for you. After years of working in the banking industry and trying to make a round peg fit into a square hole we decided it was time to stop saying no to the customers we worked so hard to meet. The idea sparked as the last institution we worked at changed their appetite for investment real estate financing and left thousands of customers out on a limb and amongst them, many of ours. Where would they go? What options would they have? The relationships that were once promised to these customers were really only a one way street serving the bank&s;s interests. We knew there had to be a better way. We knew we wanted to truly build relationships with our customers and to do that we needed more sources of capital to help our customers grow. We formed Capital Source Associates, LLC to do just that - to provide a source of capital that makes sense for YOUR need without the red tape.
