Community Action Partnership of Kern

The Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK) is a nonprofit, human services agency. CAPK offers qualified residents with educational goals, securing and retaining employment, maintaining adequate housing, counteracting hunger and food insecurity, and obtaining safe childcare and education. Founded in 1965, the association is headquartered in Bakersfield, CA.
