Cap Maison

Cap Maison is a boutique villa resort located on the northernmost tip of St Lucia. The dramatic cliff-top setting offers views of the Caribbean Sea over to Martinique, with 49 suites and two quality restaurants to choose from. Executive chef Craig Jones was recently awarded 'Caribbean hotel chef of the year' at the Caribbean Travel Awards. Craig will be heading to Brighton to create a St Lucian dinner - featuring Cap Maison's own rum - with Michael at Hotel du Vin on 24 August.
