Cardware Limited is a maltese organization formed in 2007. Cardware scope is the development of state of the art, custom built software for card management. The company is based in Malta. Malta is a small island (approxiametely 400K people) in the centre of the Mediterranean sea. Malta is also a full member of the European Union. IT in Malta is high on the government's agenda.
