The Care Advice Centre
The Care Advice Centre has been established by qualified social worker, Aleisha White. Aleisha has in-depth knowledge and experience of care provision and case management, gained from working closely with Local Authorities and Primary Care Trusts. Aleisha also works closely with Solicitors, Independent Financial Advisors and other professionals concerned with elderly care provision. Aleisha is a member of the British Association of Social Workers (BASW) and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). The Care Advice Centre offers a flexible, tailor-made approach to care planning without the time, eligibility and budgetary constraints associated with local authorities. By working closely with individuals, their family and carers the Care Advice Centre can support them through an often difficult transition. When considering care options, whether it is care in one's own home, respite, residential or nursing care or care in a sheltered housing setting, it is vital that people are able to access high quality information and advice. For those funding their own care, this is even more important, as this is the group that is often left to fend for itself. The Care Advice Centre has excellent connections with: Local Authorities Clinical Commissioning Groups Care Agencies Care homes Hospitals Voluntary organisations Solicitors Care fee planning specialists Independent Financial Advisors
