This integrated approach is at the heart of what creates "smart communities" greatly enhancing patient care, improving outcomes and quality of life for seniors while increasing facility occupancy. Our core workflow generates shared savings and revenue enhancements that otherwise would not exist in the senior living ecosystem. Seniors are defined as 65 years of age and older, however the vast majority of resident patients associated with this business model are over 80 years old.
