In case you didn’t know, competencies are those observable behaviours from which we can identify all the various skills, abilities, knowledge, motivations and traits that employees should demonstrate in order to be successful at Carib. Because competencies are based on our behaviours (what we can see and observe), they allow us to describe a pattern or cluster of actions that should be taken to achieve a desired result. All Carib employees are expected to demonstrate Carib’s Core Competencies, which are tied to the Company’s vision, values and core business, and are fundamental to the organization’s success. Our Core Competencies are: Teamwork, Client Focus, Initiative, Achievement Orientation, and Work Ethics and Values.
