Carl achieved 24 caps for wales and played most of his club football with Leeds United, where he had a ten season career as a right winger. He later went on to play for Charlton Athletic and various clubs. After retiring from professional football, Carl returned to South Wales to play semi-professional football and worked for the family's removal business part time. Years later, Carl became proprietor of the business after his Father-in-Law retired. A family run business, Carl is extremely proud of what he has achieved to date and built a reputable business within Neath and the surrounding area.
