Carmino Properties Limited (CPL), originally known as Carmino Property Development and Management Company (CPDMC), was formed in 2007 by Jason Carmino and established as a Limited Liability Company in September 2008. As a privately owned company registered in 2008 as a Real Estate Company, we aimed at marketing and selling of properties for sale or rent, in both the residential and commercial market throughout Trinidad & Tobago and soon International. CPL is also involved in property management of rental properties, vacation retreats and workshops.
