Seam Craft

Seam Craft, Inc. was established in 1971 by Giles Parlier. Mr Parlier started his upholstery furniture career in the late 1950's working various upholstery manufacturing jobs such as cutting fabric, upholstering and later design and development of upholstered furniture for several well known furniture manufacturers. In the late 1970's Mr. Parlier decided to start his own cut, sew and upholstery manufacturing plant. Being a native of High Point, North Carolina, the " Furniture Capitol of the World " he chose there. He began production in 1971 producing cushions, pillows and upholstered parts for wooden, metal, wicker and rattan furniture frames.
