Cascade Tracktime

At Cascade Tracktime, we provide every customer with the highest level of service. We demand the highest standards from all trackside vendors. If you wish to be a vendor at Cascade Tracktime events, you must pre-register here and agree to the terms. It is not required but highly recommended that if you choose to be a vendor at a Cascade Tracktime event, you arrive on time, dont leave early and are at all events. Tackside Vendor is defined as any one person or group exchanging goods or services directly at or during Cascade Tracktime events and those goods or services are generally available to all who attend. Private mechanics or support personnel are exempt from vendor fees. The vendor policies only pertain to individuals or companies available to ALL attendees. Individuals or groups that do not vend trackside, but post items for sale via their website, are not subject to the vendor fees. However, they must comply with the insurance guidelines. As a vendor, you must provide proof of insurance for each event attended. Minimum insurance liability requirements as follows: 1. Photographers: $500k 2. Videographers (static position): $500k 3. On-bike videographers: $1m 4. Tire vendors: $2m 5. Motorcycle Technician: $2m 6. General Vending: $500k Annual Vendor Fees. Once paid, the vendor logo, contact information, and website link will be placed in the vendor section of the website. Vendor fees may also be paid via "trade-out" of goods or services of like value (negotiated on a case by case basis).
