Cast Fireplaces is a Family Owned and run Business established online in 2003 and we believe in traditional customer service values. This is mainly what stands us aside from all other online fireplace companies, as you will always get a personal service from us online, the same as visiting our showroom. Cast and Pine Direct is the trading name for www.castfireplaces.co.uk LTD that is owned by Mark and Rhian Adams who are responsible for dealing with your orders and the day-to-day running of the company. We have hands on approach to the running of our business and our customers orders you are never just an invoice number we really do pride ourselves on our customer service. Our office is based at our Home in Ripley Derbyshire and is an extension to our house this is where all the phone calls are answered and emails are replied that's why we answer calls and emails when other firms are closed. Rhian runs all the office side but I am often to be found here working away answering emails and phone calls as well as I split my time between the office and the Factory. Our Factory and Showroom is based at Langley Mill, which is 5 miles from our house, which is where I spend a fair amount of time either showing customers around the showroom or wrapping and loading our vans for all our delivery runs. We offer viewings by appointment only so if you wish to come and view our stock just contact me to arrange viewing please as we do not keep specific shop hours. We also offer out of normal office hours and weekend viewing which is very popular these are limited and also by appointment only.
