At the Catahoula, we strive to produce truly special cups of coffee. Helping us along the way are our partners at Sweet Bloom Coffee. We receive deliciously and conscientiously sourced coffees that are recently roasted to ensure top freshness. Our staff brews them with care using modern equipment from Seattle based Synesso and a state-of-the-art batch dripper by Fetco. We cup each of our selections, making delicate adjustments throughout the day to provide a true taste of terroir. Our presentation and service finishes with porcelain elegantly tailored for specialty coffee by New Zealand's Acme Cup Co.
