Catalyst Financial Company was founded in 1994 by bankers who recognized the need for working capital financing among small to medium-sized businesses, through the discounted purchase of accounts receivable (factoring). The Catalyst team is based in Houston and serves all of Texas including Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Corpus Christi, and brings over 50 years of experience to the company.
