The Cathtip

Cath-Tip provides equipment, tooling, engineering design/development, and production launch support for catheter manufacturing operations of all sizes. Cath-Tip, Inc.'s precision catheter tipping system is a multiple project machine capable of tip forming and/or welding almost all thermo-plastic materials. Our machines are manufactured for industrial use and are powered by a 1.0 KW@450 KHz generator.
